Some power plugs in the room were quite loose, and one of them was even not functional, which made it difficult to charge electronic devices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were the best we've ever encountered! They were extremely helpful and friendly, even patient with our slow French. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The location was great, close to the tram line for easy access to the center of town and also near the airport. The transportation service, especially the shuttle to the airport, was pleasant, quick, and reliable.

The location was extremely convenient, just a short distance from the airport. We were able to get to the hotel quickly and easily. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.
